Hot Cutting Machine BYM1600 is a specialized slitting machine for plejemærkestoffer. It is equipped with electric heating cutting blades, which can seal the cutting edges of the material by heating during the slitting process, thereby avoiding yarn detachment. It is suitable for slitting label materials such as polyester satin and polyester taffeta,poly cotton,etc.
Meantime,this machine is equipped with a corresponding material receiving device based on the feeding method of care label printing machine.cutting tape would wound up automatically after slitting and then can be directly place on the label printing facilities for printing.
BYM1600 hot cutting machine adopts frequency conversation stepless speed regulation, making the working process more stable and uniform. Suitable speed can be adjusted according to different materials; Adopting an automatic edge alignment system, the cutting process is smooth and the edges are neat, greatly reducing the loss of edge materials.

Operation Procedure
Knife Allotment
1-) allot the cutting knives according to stripe width
2-) Press the forward and backward knife buttons on the control panel to press down the hot cutting knife and fit it with the roller shaft.
3-) Open the mechanical door cover on the right and adjust the pressure screw of the hot cutting knife so that the blade just touches the roller shaft.
4-) Attach the tape measure to the roller shaft and place it above the hot cutting knife.
5-) Starting from the first hot cutting knife on the left side of the rear of the machine body, loosen the fastening screw of the knife holder, align the scale on the ruler with the blade (starting from 0 or an integer), and then tighten it.
Material Loading
1-) Loosen the fixing screw on the right side of the fabric inlet shaft and take out the tight fabric shaft sleeve.
2-) After pushing the bearing out to the left, string in the rolled fabric.
3-) After inserting the tight cloth shaft sleeve, reinstall it in its original position of the hot cutting machine
3.Cloth and Stripe Threading
1-) Pull the fabric upwards and reach one of the receiving shafts.
2-) Turn on the edge switch on the control panel to align the electric eye with the fabric edge.
3-) Set the receiving paper core
4-) Remove the strip winding shaft and place it on the fixed frame of the paper core placement on the workbench.
5-) Prepare paper cores according to strip width for winding cloth strips.
6-) stagger the winding paper core according to the size order of the row of knives and insert it into two winding shaft (the winding shaft is air inflation shaft)
7-) adhesive the strips end into the paper cores of the two shafts crossly and inflat the shaft to fixing the paper core.
Setting
1-) Press the heating on button to start heating, and the temperature controller is powered on to set the temperature. Control panel description.
2-) Set the temperature according to fabric composition, usually between 300 ℃ and 380 ℃.
When the temperature displayed by the three temperature controllers reaches the set data and is relatively stable, it is advisable to set the trial cutting speed frequency to 5.
Trial Cutting
1-) Press the forward and backward knife switch and manually pull the cloth for trial cutting. When the cut length can reach the stripe winding shaft, press the forward and backward knife switch to stop the machine.
2-) Preparation for receiving materials
When the cut fabric meets the requirements, cut off the uncut fabric at the beginning, tighten the front end of the fabric, stagger it up and down in order, and stick adhesive paper to the receiving paper ring. Tie the edge of the fabric onto the receiving material shaft and coil it properly.
Start Cutting
1-) Press the forward and backward knife switch to close the knife and cut the material.
2-) Pay attention to whether the cut fabric strips meet the requirements during the operation process; Whether the tightness of the material received is moderate; Whether the winding is neat.
3-) After the cutting operation is stable, the speed can be adjusted quickly while paying attention to adjusting the temperature appropriately.
Material Unloading
1-) When there is about 2 meters of fabric left, turn off the potentiometer switch on the speed control frequency and press the forward/backward switch to stop the hot cutting machine
2-) Cut off the uncut fabric and remove the strips rewinding air inflation shaft and place it on the unloading rack of the workbench.unload the strip rolls from the air inflation shaft by pressing the releasing button,stick the strip end to the roll by adhesive tape avoid its loosing.
