Label Cloth NT703C is a kind of nylon coating fabric,It was developed used for offset printing in the industry of care label making.
The biggest difference from others NT products is that NT331C is mostly supplied in the packaging of jumbo roll (Roll standard specification is 64 inch x 200 meter) or sheet form (Common used specifications including 166cm X 267cm/191cm X 267cm/200cm X 245cm/230cm X 305cm/267cm X 318cm, osv.).
To be a qulified care label fabric for offset printing,its standard quality must meet following three requirements.
1-) Good ink adsorbability and strong water washing resistance
Ink should be quickly adsorbed by the coating substance covered on the fabric surface and can not easily cleaned off (Normally,monochrome or tricolor offset printing is applied).
2-) Good Cutting Performance (referred as cut-resistance in the industry of care label printing)
In the process of offset printing,the label fabric needs to be stacked and cut multiple times then can convert into required label dimension.If the cutting label fabric sheets stick together in the cutting process then it would cause difficulty for next cycle operation,so that good separability of label cloth is essentially.
2-) Good Flatness
Label cloth always kept flat and never curled after cutting (The curling phenomenon would cause difficulty for printing)
