Nylon Label Tape NT737M is one of the NT series products,derfor,it has the same characteristics as other nylon coating products and is an ideal printing material for care label making.
As we know,the coating composition of ordinary nylon label tape contain fluorescent whitening agent,which play a bleaching function of the products color. On the one hand,this makes the product more attractive in visual effects,and on the other hand,the white background is advantageous to highlighting the color of printing,making the printing looks more clearer.
In order to avoid the popularization,some customers decide to source a products with slightly darker color to realize its differentiation.
In order to meet the special requirement of above part of the customers we developed NT737M,the main feature is that its coating components does not contain fluorescent withtening agents,so its color become darker and no reflective effect under sunlight compare to conventional NT products,Derfor,it is named as Non-Fluorescence Nylon Label Tape.

NT737M is an economical product designed by us, therefore it is suitable for ordinary ink printing (such as screen printing, rotationstryk, flexographic printing).If need its counterpart for thermal transfer printing then can choose NT777M.
In the production process of no-fluorescence products, it is not enough to only remove the fluorescent whitening agent from the coating components in order to achieve the goal of darkening the color. This can easily make the product’s color turn yellow. In order to make the product’s color darken but not turn yellow, an appropriate amount of delustering agent needs to be added. This not only effectively prevents the products from turning yellow, but also helps to eliminate the reflective effect of the products.
