Adhesive labels fabric, also known as pressure sensitive labels fabric,the labels made of this type fabric can adhere to the surface of various substrates with pressure.
It is a composite material composed of three materials,upper layer printing material,adhesive interlayer and then released liner.
Struttura
Upper layer printing materials are normally coated materials,ad esempio nylon, raso,poliestere,eccetera.
Interlayer is acrylic adhesive apply on the back side of the printing material layer.
Released liner is silicon coated paper used for glue interlayer protection and it would be removed when in the using process,therefore it is called released liner.
Caratteristica & Applicazione
Acrylic glue is a type of pressure sensitive adhesives,it do not require solvent,water or heat to active the adhesive,it can adhere to variety substrates when applied to most clean and dry surface with pressure.In terms of usage,its operation is simpler than that of heat seal label fabrics.
Adhesive labels fabric are mainly used for making carpet labels,etichette per materassi,etichette per mobili.
