Peal-powder coated polyester label roll is derived from PT (Polyester Taft) series products.
PT series products generally have a rough surface and lack glossiness.Sometimes,people need a care label material that has both the characteristics of polyester taffeta products and glossy surfaces. In order to meet this demand, manufacturers add an appropriate amount of pearl powder (a coating textile special additive) to the coating components of PT products, so that the surface of the product has the pearlescent effect as demand. This type of product is what we call pearl-powder coated polyester label roll. It has a brighter visual effect compared with PT series products,and labels made of pearl-powder coated label tape look more upscale, which can better highlight the value of the product it stick on.
Pearl-powder coated polyester label roll is divided into single sided product (one side contains pearl powder in the coating component, and the other side does not contain pearl powder in the coating component) And double-sided product (both sides of the coating contain pearl powder).
PT7324 is a single sided pearl-powder coated product,It is generally used for single sided printing, and printed on pearl-coating side. If need a double-sided pearl effect product, please choose PT7326.

The natural color of pearl-powder is natural white, so pearl-powder coated polyester label roll show natural white color.
2-) One surface with a pearlescent effect
Coating slurry on one surface of pearl-powder coated polyester fabric contains pearl powder components, daarom, one surface will whow pearlescent effect
3-) Normally used for one-sided printing,suitable for letter press,rotatie afdrukken,flexo printing and silk screen printing.
4-) Pearl-coated polyester label tape is derived from polyester taffeta product, It is woven from polyester yarn,therefore has high tear resistance.
