Satin label roll is convert from satin fabric,it is cut from satin fabric by hot cutting machine then wind into rolls.

Satin fabric made from polyester yarn,its smooth and glossy surface is friendly for skin affinity,and strong adsorption performance suitable for various ink printing.Therefore,it is a ideal material for care label printing and its applications for care label printing is next only to nylon taffeta.
Satin fabric mostly need to be cut into strips and supply in roll format (i.e.satin label rolls) according to the width of care label to be produced while it is used in care label printing industry,since materials feeding of most care label printing machines are strip rolls.
