Product Characteristics
White hermal transfer ribbon BTR376W is a resin-based printer ribbon. The printer heats the ribbon through the print head, causing the resin coating (solid ink) on the surface of the ribbon to melt. The ink then firmly penetrates the fibers of the printing material, providing excellent resistance to washing, high temperatures, and scratching.
1) Strong wash resistance: no less than 60 times (water temperature below 40°C)
2) High-temperature ironing resistance: can withstand ironing at temperatures from 150°C to over 200°C
3) Scratch resistance: resistant to wear, scratching, alcohol, and chemicals

User Guide
1-) thermal transfer ribbons BTR376W are available in widths ranging from 30mm to 110mm, with a standard length of 300 meters. When selecting the width, it should be 5-10mm wider than the material to be printed to fully cover the material.
2-) Since it is a resin-based material, the printer’s printing temperature and printing density should be appropriately increased to achieve the best printing results.
3-) When ordering, the buyer should clearly specify the ribbon ink packing direction (Ink In or Ink Out) and core size (1-inch or 0.5-inch diameter) according to the printer they are using.
