Heat seal label sticker HM304L (also known as a heat transfer label or iron-on sticker) is a thin, flexible, flat sheet with a heat activated adhesive layer that bonds permanently to a surface when heat and pressure are applied.
Due to it choose nylon taffeta as facestock,so it is a type of washable label and can be printing by thermal transfer ribbon as well as can be written by ballpoint pen and fountain pen. It is the most preferable materials used for printing scannable barcode labels for clothing or textile products, as well as the mark label for personal products.

1) Excellent Printability: Heat seal label sticker NT304L not only can be printed by water-based ink or thermal transfer ribbons,but can also be handwritten.
2) Wash-resistant: Since NT304 label is washable,portanto,it has a wide range of applications, not only for products that do not require washing but also for clothing, têxteis do lar, and other products that require many cycles washing.
3) Material with liner: Ordinary hot-melt adhesive label materials do not have backing paper. The HM304L hot-melt adhesive material we supply comes with backing paper, making it suitable for die-cut label processing.

Usage Instructions:
1) Our material is usually supplied in roll form. After receiving the material, it can be die-cut into the required label sizes.
2) Then it can be printed. Under normal circumstances, this material is used for thermal transfer printing (using thermal ribbon specifically for wash care labels).
3) Peel the printed labels off the coated paper backing and place them on the position of the product where the label needs to be applied.
4) Use heating equipment (common heating equipment includes hot melt label machines or an iron) to activate the adhesive and press the label onto the product.
