This product has no odor, strong ink coloring power, moderate drying speed, water resistance, no fading, and can withstand strong water washing, stone washing, enzyme washing, etc. It can completely replace similar imported products.

Hướng dẫn sử dụng
Pls stir the flexo printing ink sufficiently before use
Please use a dedicated diluent and adjust the dilution within 3-10%;
A special hardener (SNK-512A) của 3-10% can be added into the ink in order to improve adhesion and stirred thoroughly.Ink usable time no more than 4 hours after concoction complete (otherwise unspent mixed ink will be useless because of ink solidification,so pls do not mix too much at one time).
Sau khi in,it is necessary to thoroughly dry.the conventional drying method is: hot wind blowing dry.The printed label tape can achieve extremely high color fastness after being fixed in a constant temperature oven (satin tape and woven edge satin tape can be dried 4 hours in a 100 degree oven or 2 hours in a 120 degree oven,while nylon,bông,and polyester can be dried 4-8 hours in an 80-90 degree oven to achieve high water resistance and dry cleaning resistance. The drying,adhesion,and film characteristics of flexo ink are related to the drying temperature

Precautions
This flexo printing ink is suitable for printing at ambient temperature. High temperature or humidity can affect the use of ink. It is recommended to use it in air-conditioned rooms between 15-25 degrees Celsius. If the objective usage environment is poor, and before use in high humidity weather, an electric hair dryer can be used to dry the vapor solidified above the anilox roller and ink;
When using this product, please take good care of yourself and the working environment,necessary ventilation and personal protection are required
Unused ink should be sealed and stored in a cool and well ventilated place;
This flexographic ink is equipped with a dedicated MSDS. Before using this product, please obtain the MSDS and carefully read it to understand the user’s responsibilities before using it.
